Our mission:
To deliver cost-effective, comprehensive, integrated primary and preventative health care services to everyone in the Sussex County community, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay.

Stony Creek Community Health Center is a non-profit outpatient health center located in the small rural community of Stony Creek, Virginia. The center is designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and has served the Sussex County community since 1987.

Meet our Provider

Brittani Jessup, MSN, FNP-BC, is a compassionate Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University, where she also completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with top academic honors.
 
Brittani has a diverse clinical background spanning primary care, emergency medicine, urgent care, and addiction medicine. She is experienced in diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, performing procedures such as suturing and wound care, and interpreting diagnostic tests including ECGs. She is committed to clear communication, patient education, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure effective, coordinated care.
 
Board-certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, Brittani holds an active multi-state RN license, with her Nurse Practitioner licensure currently pending with the Virginia Board of Nursing.
