Since 1987, Stony Creek Community Health Center has been dedicated to providing accessible, cost-effective, patient-centered primary health care to everyone in the area.
We accept most major health insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid. For patients without insurance, services are provided on a sliding fee scale based on the patient’s income and family size.
Stony Creek Community Health Center is a non-profit outpatient health center located in the small rural community of Stony Creek, Virginia. The center is designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and has served the Sussex County community since 1987.
