Whether it’s a chronic condition or acute illness, prescription medications can play a key role in your health. We offer a pharmacy assistance program for patients without prescription insurance coverage or who have trouble paying for their medications.
Eligibility is primarily based on residency, income, and lack of prescription coverage. Prescription medications may also be available at a discounted rate for patients on the center’s sliding fee program through an arrangement with Stony Creek Community Health Center.
We work with our patients to develop an individualized medication plan that addresses concerns like cost, side effects, drug interactions, and managing medications from multiple medical providers.
